飛奴這道菜創自2000多年前的中國秦朝,是秦始皇統一天下後,出現在慶典宴席上的一道菜。飛奴出自中國古籍《史記》,中國古代有飛鴿傳書(用鴿子傳遞資訊),古時把飛鴿稱為飛奴。“飛奴”這道菜就是吃乳鴿。秦二十三年,魏國派人到秦國來請降,請降的人到了秦國後,卻用飛奴來傳遞軍情返回魏國,秦始皇知道後,把當時咸陽城所有的鴿子都宰殺吃了,就有了飛奴這道菜。秦國統一天下後,在宴席上就出現了飛奴這道菜。Feinu was created more than 2,000 years ago during the Qin Dynasty in China, which was a dish that appeared in the banquet after the first emperor of Qin unified the kingdom.The word "Feinu" comes from the ancient Chinese book "Shiji". In ancient China, there were "flying pigeons sending letters (using pigeons to send messages)". In ancient times, "flying pigeons" were called "Feinu".The dish "Feinu" is to eat squab. In the twenty-third year of the Qin Dynasty, the state of Wei sent a man to the state of Qin to ask for surrender. When the person who asked for surrender arrived in the state of Qin, he used Feinu to transfer military information back to Wei. After Qin Shi Huang knew about it, he killed all the pigeons in Xianyang City and ate them. From then on, the dish "Feinu" produced. After the unification of the state of Qin, "Feinu" began to appear on the banquet.
