      油泼面是中国陜西传统面食,源自中国明朝。把宽面条煮好,再把各种调料平铺在面条上,最后把烧好的滚沸的油撒泼在面条与调料上,整个碗里会吱吱冒著油响声,香味扑鼻,幸福油然而生。

Oily noodle is a traditional noodle in Shaanxi Province of China, which originated from the Ming Dynasty of China. It is made by boiling the noodles, spreading all kinds of seasonings on the noodles, and then pour the boiling oil on the noodles and seasonings. The whole bowl will creak and emit oil noise, fragrance and happiness.
