中国古茗文化之普洱Pu’er Tea in Chinese Tea Culture

普洱茶来自中国云南普洱及云南其它等地。历史悠久,早在三千年前的中国周朝就已经有普洱茶了。在中国唐、宋时期,普洱茶已经兴盛。中国清朝有一本书《普洱茶记》专门记录了普洱“普洱古属银生府。则西蕃之用普洱,已有唐时。”。普洱茶还有降低血脂、减肥等功效。普洱茶分为生普(自然陈放,末发酵处理)与熟普(人工发酵处理)两种。生普,口感略苦、汤色较浅,生茶储存时间越久,香味越醇厚。熟普,口感较纯,汤色较红,滋味醇厚回甘,存放时间越久,口感会更柔顺、浓郁。
