老饕聊《老饕生死之恋，美丽河豚》Old Glutton Discussion: "Gourmand’s abiding love — beautiful puffer fish"    

河豚生活在中国的长江，河豚肉嫩鲜肥，滋养补身。在中国吃河豚的历史有一千多年了。一千年来，中国的老饕们都想品尝一口这绝美的河豚肉，但有的老饕付出了生命的代价。因为河豚的毒性很强，除了肉，全身内脏血液都有毒，毒性很大。如果没有一位有经验的厨师处理河豚，食客就有可能中毒而亡。在一千年前中国的唐代，中国的第一位老饕，也是诗人的苏东坡就写过这样一首诗：“竹外桃花三两枝，春江水暖鸭先知，蒌蒿遍地芦芽短，正是河豚欲上时。”。苏东坡就无时无刻的想念河豚的美味。

The spring river warms the duck. The Artemisia selengensis has short reed buds everywhere. It’s when the puffer fish wants to go up." Su Dong-Po missed the deliciousness of puffer fish all the time.
