老饕聊中国皮蛋（恶魔之蛋）Old Glutton chatted about Devil’s egg --Preserved Chinese egg

皮蛋创于中国明朝，是由鸭蛋制作而成，味道独特，对于其它国家，很多人不适应这个味道，被称为“恶魔之蛋”，也曾被美国CNN网站评为“最恶心食物”。皮蛋在中国可做凉菜食用，中国人比较喜欢这样吃，但其它国家却觉得味道苦涩，无法吞咽，这个蛋黑黄色的外表也不好看，所以其它国家取了一个名字叫“恶魔之蛋”。

Preserved eggs were crEated in the Ming dynasty and are made from duck eggs. They have a unique taste. For many people in other countries, they are not used to this taste. It is known as "the Devil''s Egg", and has also been rated as the "most disgusting food" by the US CNN website, because for other countries, many people do not adapt to this taste. In China, Chinese people like to us preserved eggs as a cold dish. However, people in other countries  called it "Demon Egg" for its bitter taste with the unflattering black-yellow appearance and could not swallow it.
