单丛茶，有绿茶的清香，又有发酵红茶的醇厚口感，有独特的花香，口感鲜爽，回甘，茶汤清澈黄亮。单丛茶源自中国南宋，广东丰顺、平远等地。南宋战败于蒙古，南宋皇帝南逃至乌崠山，口喝难受，吸食此茶解渴，感觉气高神爽，赐名‘宋茶’，从此，此茶世代相传。新中国后，改名‘单丛’。

单丛种类:1.杏仁香，香气清高，汤色浅黄褐色，明亮，有杏仁味。
