武大郎为中国古代名著《金 瓶 梅》裏的人物,他在中国北宋时期以卖烧饼为生,他身材矮小,其貌丑陋无比,但他的老婆是一位美人,叫潘金莲,美貌倾国倾城。有一位当地的土豪恶霸叫西门庆,喜欢上了武大郎的老婆潘金莲,两人有了私情,被武大郎识破。最后,西门庆与潘金莲密谋杀害了武大郎的故事。武大郎烧饼用面饼制作,上面沾上一层肉酱烤制,美味可口。

Wu Dalang, a character in the ancient Chinese masterpiece "plum in the Golden Vase”, made a living selling pancakes in the Northern Song Dynasty. He was short and ugly, but his wife was a beautiful woman named Pan Jinlian. There was a local tyrant named XiMenqing, who was fond of Pan Jinlian and they had an affair. After being recognized by wudaliang, Ximen Qing and Pan Jinlian plot to kill Wu Dalang.Wudalong pancake is made of pancakes baked with a layer of meat sauce , which is delicious.
