中国古馔文化之元代甜品冰激凌Ice cream---the yuan dynasty dessert in Chinese ancient food culture

冰激凌是中国发明的。时间回到中国元朝忽必烈时期，冰激凌在当时叫作“冰酪”，元朝人在史书上记载了这种冰酪的制作方法，就像奶酪冰冻处理。冰酪是元代宫廷的冷食。1295年，马克波罗在中国吃到了这种冰酪，觉得十分美味，就请求忽必烈其制作方法，中国元朝皇帝忽必烈就把冰酪制作法传给了马可波罗，马可波罗十分高兴，带给了义大利王室，最后在全世界传开了。
