     張大千是中國20世紀著名畫家，他也是一位著名的美食家，也擅長美食製作，創立了自己的菜系“張大千菜系”。

     張大千牛肉麵是大千先生自己所創，是選用牛肉，以豆瓣醬、花雕酒、花椒、鹽、薑、葱、紅辣椒、香菜、糖、醋、胡椒、醬油、辣椒油等配料、調料等，通過焯、煮等技艺製作而成。牛肉麵層次豐富，牛肉口感軟糯，麵條麻辣甜香，十分美味。

Zhang Daqian is a famous painter of China in the 20th century. He is also a famous foodie who was good at food production. He founded his own cuisine “Zhang Daqian Cuisine”.

Zhang Daqian’s Beef Noodles was created by Mr. Daqian himself. He uses beef, with ingredients like bean paste, Huadiao wine, pepper, salt, ginger, spring onion, red pepper, coriander, sugar, vinegar, pepper, soy sauce, chili oil, etc. to make this food by blanching and boiling. The beef noodles are rich in layers with soft and glutinous beef, and the noodles are spicy and sweet with delicious taste.
