餳粥,是距今1000年前中國唐朝的一種粥食,在當時十分受歡迎。唐代詩人李商隱對餳粥寫有詩詞:“粥香餳白杏花天,省對流鶯坐綺筵,今日寄來青已老,鳳樓迢遞憶秋韃。”讚美餳粥的美味。
Tang Porridge (Tang Dynasty, China)
Tang Porridge was a popular porridge dish in China during the Tang Dynasty about 1,000 years ago. Li Shangyin, a poet of the Tang Dynasty, wrote a poem in praise of its delicious taste:
The porridge smells sweet, the malt sugar is white
Beneath apricot blossoms on a fine spring day.
I recall sitting at a feast facing warblers.
Now years have passed, I long for the old days.
